NEW DELHI----HTNEWS-----BJP PROTEST--- Police use water canon on agitated Bharatiya Janata Party members against the Congress -led UPA government during a protest against an increase in milk prices, Opposition parties have demanded a probe by a Joint Parliamentary Commission (JPC) in connection to the price hikes of essential commodities.
