Meghalaya, Mawsynram 08 Aug2013 : People walking in weekly market in Mawsynram village , Cherrapunji is credited as being the second wettest place on Earth after Mawsynram. Both these places are located in the North Eastern part of India. Mawsynram is a small village located in the East Khasi Hills district of Meghalaya.
